We seek to invest in companies with strong brands and sustainable competitive advantages, and partner with experienced management teams to create long term value. The active role we take as investors is born out of our deep industry knowledge and operational expertise, and therefore we typically seek to take control equity positions.
Our entrepreneurial approach to investing allows us to be flexible with respect to transaction structure and investment size; however we target investments greater than $10 million (and ideally between $15 million and $75 million) in businesses that meet or exceed the following criteria:
